Microsoft, HP, Citrix and some local service providers have formed a Taiwan cloud alliance to create customized private clouds for local businesses, according to DigiTimes quoting an official announcement.

Apparently there are supposedly simplified solutions called MCloud for SaaS, PaaS and IaaS that integrate Microsoft virtualization and management with HP hardware and support along with Citrix' virtual desktop.
